We’re so excited to be be bringing Open Streets to Carpinteria this year on April 1st. Open Streets events traditionally rotate from neighborhood to neighborhood in order to highlight different areas of the community. While the event will be held at a new location, rest assured it will have most of the great activities offered at our past three events and some great new activities yet to be experienced. With a great mix of recreation, retail and residential neighborhoods, Carpinteria is an ideal community to host an Open Streets event. Linden Ave, 8th and 9th streets will become a public park for the day and transform into a celebration of people-power to promote better health, flexibility and FUN!
