If you selected the ‘For-Profit Activity or Info Booth’ Provider Type, or will need to rent a table & chairs:  after clicking ‘Submit’ and seeing “Message Sent”, you must finalize your application by clicking ‘Make a Donation’ to remit the applicable payment(s) indicated above.

**If you checked that you would like to sell merchandise on event day, please review our Provider Information Guide to access the link to the Santa Barbara Seller’s Permit application form, which must be completed and submitted to the City of Santa Barbara for approval.
