Well, the dust has settled! Saturday, November 2nd arrived with perfect sunny, warm weather, and in what seemed like the blink of an eye, SB Open Streets ¡Calles Vivas! was over: six glorious hours of car-free bliss; the community coming together to bring our streets alive! Thousands of participants (like you) took to their feet, bikes, blades, skateboards, strollers, wheelchairs, etc. to explore 2.5 miles of open road, uplifting activities and rockin’ good times!
We were sad to see it end and watch Cabrillo Blvd. return to its usual state of traffic congestion, but we’re also excited to learn from the experience of our first community celebration and use that knowledge to plan for the future of SB Open Streets. And we need your help to do it!
We want to know what you think! That can mean only one thing: It’s survey time! Help us evaluate our inaugural street celebration by taking a few moments to visit the Monkey…Survey Monkey, that is! We’re collecting feedback from all our participants, activity providers, performers and volunteers so that we can canvass all perspectives of SB Open Streets on November 2nd. We’ll use your collective feedback to identify what worked well, and what can be improved in our future celebrations.
Click the big button above to take our Participant Survey! You can also take the opportunity to sign up to be an ongoing player in future SB Open Streets events as a Volunteer, Provider or potential planning committee member.
Give us your name and E-Mail address and you’ll be entered in a survey raffle* for a chance to win some cool prizes!
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your valuable feedback and help shape the future of SB Open Streets ¡Calles Vivas!
*Prize winners will be notified via E-Mail at the address given in survey.
